I placed my order and got the update way faster than I expected. No sitting around wondering what was going on, which was really nice. Happy with how smooth it all was.

The issue still hasn’t been fixed, and it’s been frustrating. Support took a while to get back to me, and when they did, the replies didn’t really help much. It also felt like the whole thing was handled kind of carelessly, like no one was really paying attention to the details.

I was trying to place an order, but the website wasn’t very easy to use. The menus were confusing, and I had to click around more than I expected just to find what I needed. Then I got to checkout, and this is where it got annoying, the whole process felt clunky and not very smooth. It wasn’t impossible to use, but it definitely made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be

I’ve ordered from custommat.ca twice now, and overall I’m okay with them. The first mat fit nicely and looked more or less how I expected, so I probably had my hopes a bit high the second time around.

The second order took longer than I would’ve liked, and the colour wasn’t quite what I thought it would be from the website. I’m a bit picky about colours, so that stood out to me, but the quality is still decent for the price. I’d consider ordering again if I needed a custom size, just not if I was in a hurry

I found my size quickly and checking out was kinda a breeze. No issues at all.
